Custom new builds across Byron Bay, Bangalow, Clunes, Ballina and Possum Creek — defined by detailed timber, stone and joinery.
We build a small number of new homes each year for clients across the Northern Rivers NSW. Most begin as a bare block or a knock-down rebuild in the hinterland behind Byron Bay, on acreage around Bangalow, Newrybar, Clunes and Federal, or on coastal sites through Lennox Head, Ballina and Suffolk Park.
Every house is different, but the work is consistent: solid framing and set-out, hardwood and stone used honestly, custom joinery built for the room it sits in, and the wide eaves, cross-ventilation and covered outdoor living that make sense in a subtropical climate. Because we build here, we know how local soil, wind exposure and council requirements shape a design before it reaches site.
You deal with Tom directly from the first site visit through to handover — one builder, one supervisor, one small group of trades we use on every job.
We work alongside your architect or designer early, pricing the drawings honestly so the build is buildable before it starts.
A detailed trade-by-trade breakdown, with allowances written in plain language so you know exactly what has been costed.
One point of contact, a single site supervisor, and a small trade group we have worked with for years across the Northern Rivers.
The joinery, stonework and finishing carpentry that define the house — set out and reviewed line by line before handover.
